Product Overview

The coating process typically includes: pretreatment, polishing → coating → leveling → drying or curing → three wastes treatment. This equipment is designed to complete these coating processes efficiently and reliably.

Suitable for coatings on calcium silicate board, cement fiber board, steel plate, and new building materials surface spraying real stone paint, water-in-water nano-color glaze, etc.
Features Japanese Mitsubishi PLC man-machine interface, Mitsubishi servo motor, inverter and other imported electrical components for mechanical stability
Spray system utilizes American Graco pumps and Graco large-caliber spray guns for precise spray metering control
Slider module system employs Taiwan's high-speed module system for stable performance and durability
All electrical components use imported appliances (Schneider contactor, Mitsubishi servo, Japan Hequan switch, etc.)
Effective spraying width: 1300mm

Conveyor System

Conveyor Belt	Whole machine uses acid and alkali resistant PU belt for product transportation with bottom paint recovery and cleaning devices to prevent paint residue and back-of-plate sticking, effectively reducing paint waste
