UV ultraviolet light curing machine designed for conveyor systems in screen printing, self-adhesive trademarks, KT boards, glass, ceramics, and various electronic applications.

This industrial UV curing system is suitable for micro speakers, electroacoustic industry components, speaker horns, receivers, earphones, earplugs, optoelectronics, optical fibers, microelectronics assembly bonding, IC protection and sealing, integrated circuit chips, glass plate wafers, lead bonding, bare sheet sealing, electronic material assembly, UV curing adhesive bonding, surface coating, encapsulation materials, optical adhesive bonding, and reinforcement adhesive applications.

Process Description

The treating agent is applied to the material surface. After drying through ultraviolet radiation, the photoinitiator splits to produce free radicals, triggering polymerization reactions that increase material polarity and improve adhesion properties.
